Services
Brightnest provides residential cleaning services in Pune including deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and weekly plans. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are posted on our website and are subject to change.
Booking and Payments
- To book services you must provide accurate contact, address, and payment information.
- Payment is required as specified at booking. We accept the payment methods listed on the site. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge for services rendered and applicable taxes and fees.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must follow our cancellation policy as stated at booking; fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and disclose any hazards or sensitive items.
- Remove obstacles and secure pets for the safety of our staff.
- Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion so we can address concerns promptly.
Our Liability
We employ trained staff and take care in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, Brightnest’s liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items in poor condition; report damage within 24 hours.

We may use third-party service providers (payment processors, scheduling platforms). Use of third-party sites is subject to their terms and privacy practices.
