Duration depends on home size and service type: weekly cleanings are usually 1–2 hours, deep or move-out cleans can take 3–6 hours. We provide an estimate at booking.
Yes, our cleaners are family-employed, background-checked and receive regular training in safe, effective cleaning techniques and customer service to ensure reliable care for your home.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without charge. Short-notice cancellations may incur a nominal fee to cover staff allocation.
We may be able to accommodate same-day or emergency requests depending on staff availability; please contact us directly and we’ll try to arrange a prompt visit.
We accept online payments, digital wallets and cash. Invoices are emailed after service completion. Recurring plans can be set up with automatic payment on agreed schedules.
Whenever possible we assign the same cleaner for continuity and trust. If scheduling conflicts arise, we’ll inform you and provide a suitable replacement from our trained team.
Our staff follow hygiene protocols, use masks and sanitise hands and equipment between homes. We adapt to current health guidelines and can follow any additional client requests.
